Shipping/Handling Policy We use UPS as our shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance costs. Here are the available shipping methods, estimated shipping charges and processing times:
The total shipping cost depends on your shipping method, weight and value of your package. Your package is fully insured. The final shipping cost will be added to the total at delivery time. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, UPS will charge us an address correction fee for finding your correct address. If this happens, you will be responsible for such charge. Please make sure you enter a correct shipping address when you check out. Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit. 
Return Policy We accept returns within 21 days from invoice date. For order that is returned beyond the 21 days period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 45 days. If you return the entire order, even it is within 21 days, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable for all returns. Please send returns to:

If the order has been pulled, you cannot cancel your order simply because you don't have sufficient fund in your credit card. Doing so will result in your account being inactivated. Please understand that pulling items and restocking them back is a significant operation cost for us. We will not tolerate it if you do not intend to pay for your order. C.O.D Shipping Policy If we ship C.O.D. to you and the package is returned for any reason, we can re-ship back to you one more time. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. If it is returned the second time or you want to cancel the order without a legitimate reason, your account will be inactivated. Product Availability We try our best to keep the content in our website up to date. Generally, we remove out-of-stock items from our product list immediately, but sometimes we have the items when you placed your order but run out of them at delivery time. The out-of-stock items will be removed from your order and the rest of your order sent. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly. We will not resend you the items when the items become available again in our store. You will have to re-order them in a separate order. We may not notify you for out-of-stock items in your order. Order Minimum We require a minimum order of $75.00. If your order is less than $75.00, a $5.00 surcharge will be added to your total. Please help us keep our operation cost down so we can pass the savings to all of you and your customers. Order/Payment Security We understand your concern of on-line shopping security. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to secure your transaction. SSL is used by most of the online e-stores and online banks. All credit card information is transmitted through the SSL secure channel. To protect your account, we ask you not to share your login and password with others. You can easily change your password by clicking the Account button on the top bar after you logged in. Privacy Policy We respect the information you share with us as personal and confidential. Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order. We will not share or sell any of your information to others. We will not add your email to any email lists or newsletter lists.
