Comments This is my 1st time ordering with Timewell. I have not yet received my order yet but if it is as great as your customer service, I wont be disappointed. They were very patient when I called to set up the account it was quick and I was able to order within minutes. Once I placed my order they called me on my cell to let me know a few items were out of stock. I asked if I could replace those items with something else before they shipped the order. She said sure! I stated I would call her right back. I looked on line quickly found what I wanted and a few more items too! Comments I love the items I get from here...however the customer service is not what I expected. Very unprofessional and downright rude at times. I have called several times to get an approximate date on when an item would be in stock or what the best way to ship an item would be and all I have gotten is rudeness and a raised voice from the gentleman on the other end of the line. Not a way to run a business in my eyes...The ONLY reason I go back is because of the items. The quality is great and alot of their items cannot be found other places.

Comments Beware buying large bulk of chain because they have been sending my last large orders just thrown loosely in ziplock bags so my chain comes so horribly tangled I need replacements sent. 50 ft of chain should never be thrown into a bag without being wrapped yet they have packaged my last 3 orders this way even after I leave a comment in the message field.
